All Liza Shtromberg Jewelry is made to order, and items can be returned for store credit and exchanged for any other item. There are no refunds on orders.
The client is responsible for shipping charges to return item. Liza Shtromberg is responsible for shipping for the exchange item.
Orders are shipped by USPS, within seven to fourteen days.
